Minimum system requirements

PCs
•  1GB+ RAM
•  5GB disk space free (>10GB recommended)
•  Minimum screen resolution of 1024x786 (Screen magnification set to 100% - very important)

Network
•  A maintained / managed server or NAS drive (if unavailable – please talk to your Callibre representative)
•  10GB disk space available
•  Cabled only (NOT WIRELESS)
•  Clean, good quality cables linking directly to the servers main switch (not through additional, low-cost routers if possible)
•  A common drive letter that all users can access (N:, M: etc)

Operating system
•  Windows XP or later (clean & legal)
•  Latest patches installed (prior to TeleStudio Installation)
•  Switch off un-necessary start-up applications (via MSCONFIG) – recommended, but not essential
•  A print driver of some form is required to run/export reports (with default paper set to A4)

Microsoft Office (not essential for TeleStudio operation)
•  Clean & Legal
•  Latest patches installed (prior to TeleStudio Installation)
•  If you are using Microsoft Word (for mailers etc), you will need to change the “Trust Centre” security settings to “Enable all macros”

Hardware telephony dialing via TAPI (digital phone systems, VoIP etc)
•  Install TAPI drivers and allocate full extension numbers (not the names of the people sitting at the desk)
•  It is better to assign TAPI extension numbers to machines/extensions rather than individual names (IP Office: 201, IP Office: 202 etc)
•  Test TAPI through Windows Dialer
•  Do you need to press anything to get an outside line (9 etc)
•  A list of all of the PCs where TeleStudio is to be installed, alongside the telephone extension number (IP Office: 201, IP Office: 202 etc)
•  A dedicated PC (or the file server), that can act as the bridge between TeleStudio and your phone system

Hardware telephony dialing via Skype
•  The latest version of Skype
•  A Skype compatible headset

Hardware telephony dialing via modem (BT home, Featureline etc)
•  Establish COM port number (used by the modem)
•  A cable to connect modem and telephone into the same socket as the modem
•  Do you need to press anything to get an outside line (9 etc)

ETrack / broadcasts - Email tracking
•  A web-server/provider that can process PHP scripts and send emails

Installation day
•  Above criteria to have been met (or discussed with your Callibre representative)
•  Users to be provided with Administration rights whilst installing / testing TeleStudio (these can be reset after the install)
