ETrack

ETrack informs you when a client/prospect has clicked one of the hyperlinks, contained within your emails. It will update the TeleStudio record and notify the relevant users, of any activity. This function is ideal for helping to prioritise calling as well as being an invaluable sales/marketing tool.

To configure ETrack you will need to setup four key stages.

•  Create a Public ETrack email account on your Microsoft Exchange server (or Outlook, if you are not running Exchange)
•  Deploy the supplied PHP/ASP file onto your web server. If you have yet to receive this, please contact your Callibre representative
•  Update your TeleStudio emails with the ETrack reference fields
•  Configure TeleStudio with the supplied ETrack settings

Create your ETrack email account
This is a dedicated email account that needs to be configured through your IT department, but is simply a matter of creating a Public email account. This folder will be periodically checked by TeleStudio based on your desired settings.

Deploy PHP/ASP file onto your web server
This is a small PHP/ASP script (depending on your requirements), that will simply take the hyperlink containing the ETrack references and send an email to the above ETrack account.

Update your TeleStudio emails
Using the "Information request builder" within the Control Centre. Simply add the ETrack hyperlinks - depending on requirements. The following two examples simply provide you with a base template to start from. Domains, landing page and PHP/ASP file names can be changed as per your needs:

Example 1 (standard hyperlink with ETrack reference, taking the user to Index.html):

Example 2 (Unsubscribe request, which will take the user to a web page Unsubscribe.html):

Configure TeleStudio to check your ETrack email folder
Within the TeleStudio Loader (and assuming you have permission), you will see a button in the top right of the screen, labeled ETrack. If this is not visible, then please contact Callibre support to enable it. Once selected, you will see the following screen:

•  Simply point the "Outlook/Exchange connection string" to the Public folder where your ETrack email account resides
•  Set the frequency that you wish to "Check for new ETrack messages"
•  If you want the "Refresh" button in the top right to also check, just tick the box.
•  Press the "Test/Check" button. If you do not get any error messages - It is working.
•  Press OK to save these settings
