Standard - "Half hour time segments"
In order to help our clients, we offer a very straightforward service where we charge in half-hour segments of time, for basic TeleStudio requests. For this fee, we will do almost anything that our client requires relating to TeleStudio and their campaigns. We simply charge based on the time it takes (minimum 30 minutes). The most common requests that we get are for:
Setting up new campaigns (from an existing template)
Importing, segmenting and cleaning data (although most of this can be done by yourselves)
Creating (from your artwork) & assisting with email broadcasts and mailers
One-on-one, remote user training
Setting up the task-list and customising exports
One-on-one, remote support (telephone support is always free)
Setting up internal reports, exports and Bookmarks

TeleStudio provides our clients with so much capability - straight out of the box, that not everyone needs our high-end services. However, for those that do, we provide a wide range of services, which include:
Creation of bespoke management reports (for specific campaigns to 'Across the board')
Real-time transfer of TeleStudio records to other platforms, such as your primary CRM system (hence the term 'pre-CRM')
On-site coaching (TeleStudio administration, telemarketing & campaign management etc)
Campaign tuning (we analyse your data & calling patterns to help find ways to help improve productivity)
Customised automation tasks that are unique to your business
ETrack - Email tracking
An extremely useful facility that allows you to see (and target) those individuals who have expressed a genuine interest, by clicking on specific links within your emails. It can also be used to handle unsubscribe requests when sending out broadcasts and be customised for specific projects.
The pricing quoted above, is a one off payment for each company (and not based on individual campaigns). If you would like to know more about this service, then please give us a call.
On-site Telephony / Dialer integration
TeleStudio allows users to dial directly from the screen (by pressing a 'Call' button). It requires you to have either a modem, Skype, TAPI compatible phone system, or any phone software that accepts a command line prompt. More often than not, this can be configured remotely and is usually straightforward to setup. However, we are more than happy to come to your offices and get it all working. We do charge for this, but at a significantly discounted rate.
